Child Development and Family Council of Centre County, Inc. [CDFC] administers the grant for Early Learning Resource Center Region 8 of Centre, Juniata, Mifflin, Northumberland, Snyder and Union Counties for the Pennsylvania Department of Human Services, Office of Child Development and Early Learning. The Pennsylvania Department of Human Services, Office of Child Development and Early Learning, provides both Resource & Referral Services and Financial Assistance to qualified households through the Child Care Works program.
